Hibiscus flowers, roselle and often time referred to jamaica, is an astringent, cooling herb that is perfect for summertime. Wonderful to reduce heat and fever, and pairs perfectly with mint for that everlasting cooling effect on hot days. Lemon balm is a nervine, meaning it’s great for our nervous system, just what you need for those over-booked social summer days.
